EAC Scholarship Programme – Cohort 4

The East African Community (EAC), through the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA), is inviting applications for Cohort 4 of the EAC Scholarship Programme, offering up to 120 two-year funded Master’s scholarships to eligible citizens of EAC Partner States.

Strathmore University is among the participating institutions, with three Master’s programmes available to eligible scholarship applicants:

The scholarship provides an opportunity for eligible EAC nationals to pursue postgraduate studies in a Partner State other than their country of citizenship.

How To Apply

01 — Apply to Strathmore University

Apply for admission to one of the three eligible Master’s programmes at Strathmore University.

02 — Apply for the EAC Scholarship

Complete the separate EAC Scholarship application through the IUCEA application process.

03 — Submit Your Documents

Provide all required supporting documents as specified in the scholarship application guidelines.

04 — Submit Before the Deadline

Ensure your scholarship application is submitted by:

10 September 2026 at 5:00 PM EAT

Important: Applying for admission to Strathmore University does not automatically constitute an application for the scholarship. Applicants must complete the scholarship application separately.
